- I knew what I wanted to write about, but didn't know how to organize it. Thinking about the end-customer helped me do that. Then when it came to actually publishing it, this book - especially the anecdotal stories - illustrated how to get it done and do it right the first time! I've talked to so many other first-time-authors who self published who think I must've been the 'golden child' because I was able to avoid their costly mistakes.
Well worth the price of admission - especially if you want to self publish.

- This textbook was a Colorado Free University class text - I took the class once, then I came back to the class not only because EJ Thornton knew what she was talking about, and it was a very valuable class, but mostly I came back because I loaned this book out to someone and I needed a new copy!!!
